Meet Our Staff

Leslie is a 2nd generation native to Morgan County, Colorado and hs been with Ingmire-Phillips Insurance since 2000. In 2018 , she and Stacey Kindsvater partnered and purchased the agency. Leslie’s primary focus in the agency is commercial lines insurance. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids and their families as well as their 4 very large dogs and numerous cats. Her heart and house is full of love, people, and animals! She also enjoys camping, off roading, paddle boarding, and riding their motorcycle and is thankful to live in such an amazing state.

Stacey has been with the agency since 2008. She has worked in all areas of the agency and in 2018 she partnered with Leslie Ditter to buy the agency. She enjoys the challenge of insurance and helping her clients solve problems also while educating them about their coverage. She is married with two young kids and loves to spend her free time with her family outdoors.

I have been with Ingmire-Phillips Insurance since 2005. I have written
a variety of insurance over the years, but I specialize in Agri-Business policies.
I currently have my CIC (certified insurance counselors) designation. The designation
requires annual classes that keep me up to date on the current insurance market.
I’m lucky enough to work remotely, and I call Yampa Colorado home. I currently share
my home with 4 cats and a dog. I enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing and riding my two
horses.

Ashley has been with the agency since 2023. She enjoys meeting new people, making connections, and helping her clients understand the need for insurance. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending her time with her loved ones.

Dana has been with the agency since 2019 and per her own words “loves what she does here”. She enjoys the challenge of learning new things in the ever-changing world of insurance. She has been in the insurance industry since 2012. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Deb has worked in the insurance industry for over 50 years. She’s had the opportunity to work as a claims representative, customer service representative, and an agency manager prior to working for us. It has always been her pleasure to work with clients to help find the right insurance coverage to serve their needs. She’s been fortunate to have lived in Morgan County for most of her life. She and her husband like to spend their spare time “adventuring “ with their four grandkids.

Kathleen has been with the agency since 2019.
Writing Commercial Insurance is a challenging area with all the different exposures to address.
She started her career in the insurance business back in the 80’s. Moving to Eastern Colorado
allowed her to build her book of business and expand her Commercial Lines knowledge. Farm insurance is her
all time favorite. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her daughter, granddaughter, reading and traveling.

Nataly joined the agency in 2022, right after graduating High School. She enjoys being able to help people. Outside of work Nataly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying out new things!

Norma has worked in the insurance industry for 20 years. She loves coffee, the beach, and her three kids.

Richele has been with the agency since 2016 and takes great pride in what she does to help her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their three dogs! She loves to spend her free time reading, vacationing to Walt Disney World, and being with family.

Sammi was born and raised in Morgan County, growing up as a ranch kid. Prior to joining the agency in 2021, she worked as a CNA for 10 years, helping her to understand health insurance needs. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and their six dogs. She loves storm chasing, photography and ranch life.
